Mind Body and Spirit Healing

Marguerite (Meg) graduated, summa cum laude, from Touro University Worldwide with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Additionally, she has a master's degree in Counseling Ministry and a bachelor's degree in Christian Studies from California Baptist University. With over 20 years of volunteer and counseling experience in church, prison, and hospital settings, Marguerite brings deep compassion and insight to her work. She has extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, and dependency concerns. As a former Children’s Social Services Social Worker for over eight years, Marguerite has a strong understanding of childhood trauma related to neglect, abuse, and domestic violence. She takes a whole-person approach—mind, body, and spirit—creating a safe, empathetic space for healing. Using evidence-based trauma therapies such as ART, Brainspotting, and EMDR, Marguerite helps clients release stuck memories, shift negative beliefs, and experience lasting change.
